This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to personal data processed in connection with the Content Creator Program and does not govern other DeckForge products, services, or platforms unless explicitly stated.

Depending on your participation in the Program, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
  • Public social media identifiers (e.g. X / Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch)
  • Contact details (such as email address or Telegram username)
  • Content links, posts, or references submitted for verification
  • Wallet address (where required solely for reward distribution)
  • Limited technical data related to referral or attribution links (aggregated and non-intrusive)
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or political data).

5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases, depending on the context:
  • Consent — when you voluntarily apply for and participate in the Program
  • Performance of a contract — to administer participation, validate submissions, and distribute rewards
